Configure your spam risk analysis settings and action item thresholds

Improved Workflow: You no longer need to manually save configuration before running analysis. Configuration will be automatically saved when you click any "Run Analysis" button below. CSV uploads also automatically save configuration.

Configure default thresholds for capacity analysis and purchase recommendations in Action Items

These thresholds control when the system recommends capacity expansion or number purchases in the Action Items page.
Custom Risk Rules

Configure the thresholds for each spam risk detection rule. Each rule contributes to the overall risk score (0-4).

Rule 1: Bot-like Behavior Detection
Detects numbers with unusually high short call rates

Only apply rule if number has made this many calls
Rule 2: Unwanted Calls Pattern
Detects numbers with low answer rates and short durations

Rule 3: High Call Volume (Overuse)
Detects numbers making too many calls per day
Trigger when daily call volume exceeds this limit
Purpose: Prevents carrier flagging due to excessive volume from a single number
Rule 4: Abuse Potential (Total Calls)
Detects numbers with excessively high total call counts
Trigger when total calls in period exceed this limit
Purpose: Identifies potential spam/abuse patterns based on call frequency
